Judging jumpers is the main event, but there’s another annual competition at the Hampton Classic Horse Show. For the grand finale afternoon this past Saturday, tables in the VIP Tent are elaborately decorated by their hosts, and the designs are judged by editors of the local shelter magazine. Equestrian themes tend to dominate along with bouquets of colorful local flowers.
